Meet Kimberly Ciardella, PsyD, LMFT
Hi there. I’m Kimberly. Glad to meet you here. Like you, I am many things…
Founder of The Path Wellness Center, a California licensed psychotherapist, doctor of psychology, professor of marriage and family therapy, PMDD coach, mom of a very outgoing daughter, wife of a firefighter, ex-legal assistant, coffee addict, empath, intuitive helper + healer, among many other things.
My love in life is helping others alleviate suffering in any way, shape or form.
I know intimately both the beauty and chaos that is being HUMAN. Through my own journey of navigating this one wild and precious life, I have learned most importantly that human connection is the foundation from which all growth and healing occur. This knowing is the foundation that built The Path Wellness Center.
It is our goal as a team to make sure all of our clients experience this and know that they are NOT ALONE on this path.
“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.”
- Rumi
Meet Natalee Gaddini-Birdwell, MA, AMFT
Welcome, I’m Natalee. All of us have so many aspects to who we are. Here’s who I am ...
I am an associate marriage and family therapist, former victim advocate, world traveller, partner to an ex pro athlete, mom of two funny and curious kids, and parent to a therapy dog drop-out named Teddy. I am also a fierce ally, a free-spirit, and a constant learner.
I am deeply passionate about accompanying you as you navigate your journey towards healing. Getting there is not always easy – I know this first hand. But with the steady, motivating support of a therapist, I believe that all of us can and will experience profound healing and growth.
The most important aim for me, as a therapist, is to create an inclusive space where you are welcome exactly as you are. I do this with compassion and empathy by listening deeply to what is most important to you. I believe we all deserve to feel truly seen and heard. In our sessions, you will be met with warmth, authenticity, and acceptance.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.

Meet Jen Viscidy, MA, LMFT
Greetings, I’m Jen Viscidy. Like us all, I am colored with many different shades. I am…
A licensed marriage and family therapist, a curious mind with a thirst for knowledge, empath, an introverted extrovert, married to a researcher, lover of the outdoors, personal growth book fanatic, coffee enthusiast, former neuroscience researcher, 15-year veteran of veterinary medicine, mom to two loving dogs and one diva of a cat, and a daughter and sister to two of my closest companions.
One of my biggest gifts in life is having the privilege to pursue my life-long dream; helping others help themselves. More specifically, my joy comes from supporting you as you travel the path towards healing, self-discovery and purpose. My approach is to offer you compassion, connection and unconditional positive regard as you navigate any blocks that might be keeping you from achieving your greatest potential.
It takes great courage to look inwards and I want to applaud you for your bravery to seek guidance. You offer a unique light to this world, and I look forward to helping you shine.
“Nothing can dim the light which shines from within.” ― Maya Angelou
Meet Scott Van Voris
Hello, I'm Scott Van Voris. Like each of us, there are many aspects of who I am:
I am a healer, a guide, a coach, a brainspotting practitioner, an energy worker, a seeker, an empathic intuitive, a 30-year veteran of the corporate world, an avid mountain biker, a nature lover and photographer, a self-conscious writer, a coffee lover, the loving husband of an extroverted physical therapist, and the father of two beautiful young people bridging the gap from teenhood to adulthood.
I am a soul that is eager to support others on their own path of exploration and healing as they journey to connect to themselves. I believe that within each and every one of us there is an inner knowing, a bright light that is our capacity for living life as the most authentic version of ourselves. Sometimes we just need a little help to find it.
We are meant to be connected; connected to ourselves, connected to our bodies and our emotions, connected to those around us, and connected to a higher power. I take a holistic approach with my clients. If we want to reach our highest potential with lasting joy, all aspects of ourselves must be in balance.
The work you and I do together may include a combination of coaching, Brainspotting, meditation, Reiki, or intuitive visualization. I will help you heal trauma, release blocks and heal thought patterns that may be holding you back. I will empower you with the tools and confidence to continue your journey on your own when you are ready. My goal is to help you find and follow your own path toward a joyful life.
“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.” - Rumi
Meet Mallory Freeman, MA, AMFT
Hello! I’m Mallory, a walking juxtaposition, just like you. All at once I am…
I’m an associate marriage and family therapist and mom to a wild and clever little boy, a poet married to a pragmatist, a dog and a cat person, a strong highly sensitive person (HSP), a homebody who craves adventure, a cook who loves takeout, chronically nostalgic and enthusiastically hopeful, a storyteller and empathic listener, and a guide and a student of this precious life.
Above all, I believe in the healing power of human connection and the importance of feeling understood. I view the world through a relational lens that considers the personal, social, and cultural context of our sense of self. As a therapist, I offer a compassionate, comfortable space for you to explore your authentic thoughts and emotions and be seen for who you truly are. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, a little bit of humor, and a passion for deepening our relationships with ourselves and with others. We do not exist in a vacuum, and we aren’t meant to do this alone.
I look forward to meeting you where you are and walking beside you as you carve out your own path in this life that is hard and beautiful, all at once.
“All goes onward and outward, nothing collapses.” – Walt Whitman, “Song of Myself”
